Twitter couldn’t get over the bit in the Pushpa 2: The Rule trailer in which Allu Arjun does the Pushpa signature step with Rashmika Mandanna’s leg.

But however, Twitter notices that throughout the two movies, Rashmika’s character has a rather abnormally positioned relationship with her husbands in both Ranbir Kapoor and Allu Arjun.
X users have been sharing a still from the trailer, of Allu Arjun’s titular character doing his signature Pushpa step with Rashmika’s leg. In the trailer, Allu’s voiceover says, ” Srivalli is my wife. I’ll show the world what happens when a husband listens to his wife.”
An X user posted with that still from the trailer, “bichari ko Normal Husbands kyu nahi milte (poor girl, why doesn’t she get normal husbands) (????)." Another posted the same still juxtaposed against the scene from Animal, where Ranbir’s character Rannvijay threatens Rashmika for speaking against his father Balbir Singh played by Anil Kapoor. The user wrote in the caption, “Perfectly balanced, as all things in life should be.”
The teaser of Pushpa 2: The Rule was launched on Sunday at Patna, Bihar. Allu, Rashmika, director Sukumar, and the rest of the cast and crew would soon shake the town to create a dandy event wherein the trailer of the same would be released. Pushpa 2 is the sequel of the 2021 blockbuster Pushpa: The Rise, which fetched Allu Arjun his maiden National Award for Best Actor-the first ever for a Telugu actor.
Fahadh Faasil will face off against Pushpa in the sequel. Fahadh’s character was an absolutely integral part of the first part; this time, he shall play a vital role with important screen presence as the main villain of the film.
